About
Mission & Purpose
We are a group of experienced professionals who specifically serve the restaurant industry. Our members are 'best in class' in their areas of specialization. We know what restaurants need to compete in Houston's market. We meet bi-weekly at area restaurants to exchange leads and informtion so we're all in-the-know.
We provide restaurant services and products ranging from advertising to private labeled distilled spirits, and everything inbetween.
We are committed to serving our community by volunteering, supporting worthy causes with our contributions and time, giving back to the communities in which we live.
Founded in 2010 by Andrea Files & David LaRock.
David LaRock has nearly 50 years industry experience. He began as a bus boy for various restaurants and quickly worked his way up to Operations Manager. His hard work earned him 'Top Salesman' for CRS Texas. David truly lives, eats and breathes restaurants. He has been an active member for The Greater Houston Restaurant Association since 1989, serving on numerous committees as well as chairman. David favors the Golf Committee where he has served for over 25 years. David’s biggest passion is FOOD, and he prides himself as 'Chef' in his own kitchen, sharing with his wife of 35 years.

Our members are an elite group of dedicated, hard working and highly motivated individuals who specialize in helping the restaurateur make the right decision based on their needs.
We provide restaurant services and products from advertising all the way to your own private labeled distilled spirits. If you need it we can provide it!
It is not only our goal to help your restaurant be all-around successful but RVOT also finds it important to give back to the community through charitable giving and volunteering.
Andrea Files has over 10 years industry experience with focus on building loyal relationships with small and large restaurants. She serves as Board of Directors for The Greater Houston Restaurant Association. Previously Andrea was Major Account Rep for Houston Uniform & Apparel (2004-2012) and has partnered with Brother's Produce, the largest produce supplier in Texas. August, 2012 Andrea worked with Meelo Club raising awareness and funds by connecting restaurants to their community neighborhoods. Besides her work, Andrea's passion is coaching her daughter’s softball team, serves as 'Cookie Mom' for her daughter's Girl Scout Troop and most of all, loves being married to the most wonderful father and husband, Dimitri.
